No issues and worked directly out of box with our lg TVs. Little worried because we had the factory remotes that worked kind of wii remote, but for a fraction of the price of factory it navigates just fine using the arrow keys.

The original remote that came with the LG TV was pretty much non-functional from years of use. This new Insignia remote worked right off the bat with no problems. It's better than the original one.

Could not operate my 65 inch tv without a new remote. Best buy had exactly what i needed. Tyler was very quick to find what i needed and gave me the confidence it would work for my tv which it did.

Purchased a display television from Best Buy. It came without a remote or stand, Luckily Best Buy had those items in the store and made my shopping experience convenient and pleasurable.

Not much to say except it works right out of the package and has been very convenient since the one that cam with the television is on the fritz. I do think it could be a tad cheaper but I Like It.

I like the layout of the replacement remote better than the original remote that came with the TV. I've been using it for over 2 months and have not had any issues so far.

It is a very good option to go with us you lose your original remote. Only thing missing is the "wand" which definitely would come in handy sometimes. That's what is hel preventing at star review. That feature would make it a true replacement

This remote works better than the original. All the features work well and easy to find menu items. Like this better than the original magic remote.

My original remote control stopped working and I replaced with this one. It does what I need including the cursor and the 3D controls. It was difficult to find a replacement with those features!

I bought this as a replacement for my original LG tv remote. It worked right out of the package. It didn't require any programming or updating. It worked just like it came out of LG box.

Remote works great for older LG tv which we lost the remote for. Likely thrown in trash by child and we couldn't access all the tv menus and smart functions with the cable remote

The Insignia remote works on my LG tv just as advertised. I didn’t even have to “program” it. The layout of the buttons is very similar to the LG remote.

Purchased it because we’d lost the tv remote when we moved. The cheap remote my husband bought was a pain to use so for a little more money I bought this one. So worth it!

It’s a bummer to lose the original remote for your television. Thankfully this remote was an option. It was easy to program and use.

The remote works fine but it doesn't have the feature of my original remote where I could use it as a mouse and move the cursor around the screen of my smart TV. I find it not quite as easy to use as the original.
