It can do basics like turning on/off, select inputs, but not work with any TV smart features. I noticed that it also stops working sometimes and then reconnects.

I have a 2 year warranty but the person said I would have to make appt. with the Geek squad to make sure it was my remote. I didn’t want to wait 3 days so I bought this because I couldn’t use my tv. A special was coming on I wanted to see. You can’t change channels without remote. Disappointed to say the least.

I had to download the remote app on my phone to use the menu or switch shows, streaming services, basically, I used my phone for everything but the volume and on/off button.
