We picked up this remote for a friend who just had surgery and it was perfect. The kids misplaced theirs somewhere in the sea of furniture, and even though we offered $1 to the winner who found it, no luck. Best Buy to the rescue! Our friend got on the website, found what they needed, and we ran to the store to pick it up. Thanks Best Buy!

Remote worked like it should instructions were easy to read and fallow. Setting up the short cuts were straight and to the point.

Good replacement for your broke remote, pretty nice

This Insignia replacement remote works perfectly! There were several choices at different price points; this was the most reasonably priced model, and I couldn't be happier with it.

I would recommend to choose this replacement remote for all LG TVs. Due to the fact that my friend has an old LG TV at home, she feels worried that the remote I bought it for her won’t work after it was being programmed. But it actually works and she feels very pleased.

Lost my remote to my LG Tv and purchased a remote that is specifically for an LG. Got it out of the box ,put batteries in and works great.No programming needed. Thank you.

This remote works great! Extremely easy to set up. I’ve bought other remotes that say it’s for your brand of tv and is easy to set up, but no they were not. This not only turns our LG on and off, but works with all our streaming apps.

The remote is simple. Which is a good thing for a remote . The button size is good and they pop out quite well. Only thing I can say is that it was too slender and it would get lost very easily in the couch. Why I gave it three stars.

Works great for what I needed it for. Wish it had the sound features so I can tell my remote what to do, but generally it does as expected. Linked to my LG TV with no problems and all buttons work as they should.

Seamless use. Act as it came with the tv. Mo programing, having to go through a numch of steps to set up, TV and remote. As I said seamless.

Easy to use, lightweight. No need to program it. I much prefer the battery type, tried & true, less to go wrong than the newer rechargeable technology.

Usually you have to go through a series of programming codes. Even then, a replacement remote virtually never works with the full functionality of the OEM. This one does. The buttons are easy to cross-identify and every one of them does what the corresponding button on the LG Smart Remote did.

I spilled some coffee on my original LG remote and this was working right out of the box! Pretty nice over all.

Does what it’s supposed to, but feels cheaper than the factory LG remote. Price was good and so far it works great. I would recommend.

My dog literally chewed the remote that came with my LG TV. Of course I was mad as all heck. However, after I made a special trip to BB to purchase a new one, got home & it was already programmed & ready to use. I actually like this remote better than the original.
