Of course I was mad as all heck. However, after I made a special trip to BB to purchase a new one, got home & it was already programmed & ready to use. I actually like this remote better than the original.

The Magic remote was working fine until we changed the batteries in it and then it never worked right again. This remote worked immediately out of the box and works better than the original remote did.

It's missing the pointer feature (which I've found to be annoying sometimes on the magic remote that came with the TV) but I knew that when I bought it.

The kids misplaced theirs somewhere in the sea of furniture, and even though we offered $1 to the winner who found it, no luck. Best Buy to the rescue! Our friend got on the website, found what they needed, and we ran to the store to pick it up. Thanks Best Buy!
