    The remote included with the LG tv was kinda frustrating with its sensitive cursor, swapped it out with this and have been happy ever since

    Our old universal remote was recycled and we needed a new one. Purchased this one and it’s just not user friendly. Too many buttons and options most of which my family will NEVER use. Also there have been several times we have held it upside down and wondered why it wasn’t working…It’s actually hard to tell which end needs to be pointed to the TV sensor.
