    It does not work !!! it works sometimes and other times it does not work !! something's wrong with it it's not working well with my LGTV like my original remote. For my LGTV. I have one other LGT tv, that I purchased from your store and the remote work beautifully 11 THIS Replacement remote stinks. What can you do for me. I'm also a total member Best Buy. Bob,

    Bought this to replace a lost controller. One thing I noticed is the settings button doesn't fully function on my TV. It doesn't seem to access a certain part of the settings menu to change input labels. I honestly only needed this to turn the TV on and switch inputs.
