Because I was attaching the TV to the wall it took me a couple weeks to get it installed and test things out. Upon finding out it didn't work, I tried to return it and was told the return policy was only 14 days. This seems unreasonable to me, returns should be at least 30 days on unused or ineffective purchases, particularly since I was told by the Best Buy salesman this remote would work with the TV and then I find out it does not.

Didn't work with my TV

The remote was supposed to work right out of the box, but I had no such luck. Followed the instructions to try to get it set up with my TV and it still didn't work. I feel like saying "works with most LG TVs" is sort of scummy, especially when they don't list anywhere exactly which TVs it will work with and which ones it won't.
