    Not all the buttons work and I wasn't aware of Best Buys 14 day return policy.

    This remote is the worst TV remote ever! The buttons are so tiny and there seems to be a lag!

    It's just fair. Doesn't seem to have a SAT button to get onto my Dish. Some of the buttons stick.

    It didn't work with my system and I tried to find out if it was compatible with mysystem and you never answered my questions. You need a easier system to see if it worked,

    will sync with LG tv, but button response isnt very good. Must press multiple times for TV to respond to button press.

    The buttons get stuck down so whatever is providing tension to return the buttons/controls up failed after only 2 months. Total garbage.

    The LG tv remote I got on 2/13/25 work good just for 3 weeks, but the manager replaced for me, very nice person.

    I wouldn’t recommend. Build quality is nice, but isn’t very responsive compared to the original remote.

    Great Replacement

    My old LG TV remote from 2018 has been broken for two years and I finally replaced it with this very affordable model. There was no set up needed. All I needed to do was insert the batteries and it immediately worked like my old remote.
