This remote works but I dislike having a remote and help or the keys do nothing

Good value and I like that it's big enough NOT to fall in between the couch cushions like all of the newer remotes. It's a bit of a love/hate with this one, as the newer remotes are easier to use, with fewer buttons and I've had to relearn using an "old school" remote and which functions align with my TV. But it serves it's purpose and my kids haven't lost it so far...

Replacement remote controller for my Samsung television works great right out of the box. Very satisfied with this purchase. Just wish the center button provided better tactile difference to find it when pressing buttons in the dark.

Great product for the price, has everything the stock remote control had and more the setup was perfect, I think it depends on the type of television you have also cause it was super easy.

New remote works perfectly with our new Samsung tv. The Samsung tv is beautiful but the remote that comes with the tv is too small for an older very arthritic hand and crooked fingers. Bigger remote is easy to use and to see!

I purchased this remote to supplement the "simple" remote my TV came with. My specific need was an input button, which this remote has. It controls the TV perfectly, and my only wish would be for lighted buttons. Since we use this in the bedroom, it is sometimes difficult to determine the correct button to press when using the remote to control my Nvidia Shield through CEC. Too many of the buttons are similar size and shape, so a backlight would be a benefit,

I had a remote that came with my Samsung tv that quit working. It was the kind with only a couple buttons. Mostly a round area with places to move around the curcle. This one has more buttons for more options and is so much easier to use., doesn’t even have to be aimed precisely to work. Very easy set up too.

This remote has performed perfectly. I can change channels, adjust volume, power on and off and these are just a few of the incredible options that can be found at your fingertips with this incredible product. Does not disappoint. (You need to know what brand your tv is before purchasing)

If you have a Samsung TV with the very small remote and have bigger fingers,, this remote is a great replacement and works wonderfully. It paired up with the TV on it's own. It has a similar layout to the older Samsung remotes, so makes using easier.
