Great remote

It was the kind with only a couple buttons. Mostly a round area with places to move around the curcle. This one has more buttons for more options and is so much easier to use., doesn’t even have to be aimed precisely to work. Very easy set up too.

I was surprised when one of the buttons was pre-programed with Netflix. I would highly recommend this remote.

I can change channels, adjust volume, power on and off and these are just a few of the incredible options that can be found at your fingertips with this incredible product. Does not disappoint. (You need to know what brand your tv is before purchasing)

Worth the Purchase

It paired up with the TV on it's own. It has a similar layout to the older Samsung remotes, so makes using easier.

Everything is very clear and easy to use. I do wish it had a backlight however. I would recommend.

Helpful replacement, though not the best

My child and I have both had our struggles with this remote, especially when it comes to typing in a password. Though it did connect to our TV easily and is easy to use.

I live Beat but and will be buying another item there today

Without an IR signal from the original I wasn't sure how I could program a generic universal remote. Since this Insignia claimed to already be programmed for most Samsung TV's we decided to give it a try. Even better it was available open box. When it arrived there wasn't any paperwork in the box, but once we installed batteries and tried it out, it worked perfectly on both our 2015 and 2019 models including controlling the Samsung soundbars. We decided we wanted to program the three app short cut buttons so we checked the Best Buy item listing to see if there was a downloadable manual and there was a Quick Start pdf. The programming was super easy and now we use more functions on this remote than on the original.

Extremely Easy to Pair with My Samsung TV

This remote was incredibly easy to synch with the TV and soundbar. A couple of easy steps was all it took. No codes to dig up - fantastic! I highly recommend this universal remote if you have a Samsung TV.
