    Works great with our tv. The original remote started bringing up closed caption menu and wouldn’t go away. Despite all the references to fix, bottom line when this happens, just go get a new remote and avoid the frustration of trying to fix!

    Replacement remote controller for my Samsung television works great right out of the box. Very satisfied with this purchase. Just wish the center button provided better tactile difference to find it when pressing buttons in the dark.

    I bought this remote because of it's size. These tiny Samsung remote controls are constantly falling between the couch cushions. If you have kids, you know what I mean. Worked great with my Samsung TV. I even prefer to use this remote.

    Love this remote to switch easily from cable to Roku on our upstairs tv. Remote that came with tv stopped working but was much more difficult to use

    I bought the Insignia Replacement Remote when the original remote failed due to the lack of power. I just had to turn the Ingsignia remote on an I had full functionalilty on my Samsung Q60-D Samsung TV. In many ways the remote is easier to use than the factory remote. The only thing that is lacking is it is not back lit. For the price it is a great back up remote for the Sa,sung Q60-D Samsung TV/

    Great product for the price, has everything the stock remote control had and more the setup was perfect, I think it depends on the type of television you have also cause it was super easy.

    Purchased this remote because the dog broke the original remote. It is very easy to use and set to your tv. You can add other devices to the remote to have all your electronics on one remote and minimize having multiple remotes.

    I checked out all the things on this new remote-all worked well. Some buttons I could not figure out what the were for; the ABCD buttons especially. Would buy again.

    My original 8 year old Samsung remote control sound level toggle switch no longer worked. I looked on line for a replacement Samsung remote and decided to go to Best Buy and look for a replacement. The Insignia brand was recommended to me. I brought it home, put the batteries in and it immediately worked without any fuss, Am very very pleased.
