The design is very similar to the original so easy to use but I’m technologically challenged and wish I had an easy way to get to Netflix and Prime. Getting it to marry up with the tv was super simple. I do miss the bump on the one key which made my original easier to use in the dark.

I lost the remote that came with the TV and I still have not found it?? This is a good replacement Remote.

It put me back in control of my TV with easy to follow instructions. I have cable TV but without the Samsung remote I couldn't turn the TV off and on; change channels; adjust the sound; or connect to Netflix etc. The price was comparable to the cost of a new Samsung remote (plus a shipping charge) through Encompass. Ordering a Samsung remote through Encompass meant it wouldn't be available until June. Purchasing the Insignia remote at Best Buy meant I didn't have to wait to be able to enjoy watching my Samsung TV. Great product!
