    Just took it out of the box, installed the batteries and it works just like the original. I was concerned because I bought the multi system TV on a military base in England ten years ago.

    This remote was so easy to use!!! I’m old fashioned & everything seems so difficult, not this one! I recommend it highly. I asked for an easy universal by one of the customer service staff. 100% great product

    Our decades old TV remote broke and they did not make it anymore. The Best Buy associate walked me right over to the selection and recommended the one that would work well with my TV. It did, no problems setting it up.

    Was able to sync it with the TV quickly! Much less time consuming than I was expecting! Works perfectly with the tv, all functions are working, no problems or issues at all. Would definitely recommend!

    Best buy i ever made! Its like the movie from Click without Kate Beckinsale, or anything else in the movie besides the remote. It works, we put a tile on it, so when it hides we can find it.

    This remote works perfectly. I lost my SONY remote. I had a little difficulty setting it up but after calling Best Buy tech support was good to go.
