Bought this Insignia as a replacement for the Vizio TV remote due to the wear on the Vizio. Daughter used this while away at college and it took me a little time to figure out how to pair it to the TV but it worked flawlessly after that.

I had lost my controller and needed one for my tv and found this one specific for my brand. Works perfectly.

Over the years, I've bought fair few aftermarket remote controls for TVs and other entertainment devices. Most have sort of worked better than a sharp stick in the eye, but still only achieved mediocrity on an especially good day. Not so this Insignia remote replacement for my Vizio smart TV. It is far better than the factory original. We are delighted with it and recommend it without hesitation.

It works like it should out of the package. My only complaint is that you do not get good instructions. I still do not know what some of the buttons are for.

Our TV remote died on us and I bought 2 different universal remotes and neither one would find the code for our TV. I searched Best Buy for a remote by the company that made our TV, and surprise-surprise they had one! It was more $ than the universal ones but it worked 1st time out of the box. I didn't even have to enter codes, just clicked the on button and all was right with the world again.

My mom lost the remote to her Vizio. It is nice to have a preprogrammed remote because she isn't the most tech savvy person in the world, she lives in a different town, and I regretfully couldn't make it up to program it, so I had this shipped right to her. Highly suggested if you do not want to program a new universal remote.

My remote that came with my Vizio TV was giving me some problems and so I went looking for a new remote. This one came up in my search and I have been very pleased. I functions perfectly and adds some functionality that was difficult to use on the original remote. I am thrilled that it works so well.

I bought a Vizio TV about 3 years ago and it has been great but the remote worn out so I needed a new one. I went to Best Buy and bought this Insignia remote to replace it. It has worked perfectly right out of the package. It seems to be a little more solid than the original which is good

Tried this remote for my Visio TV. My old remote buttons started to fail years ago but I was able to clean the contacts but recently the volume would either go to the maximum or minimum. So I tried this remote made for a Visio. The buttons aren't exactly the same but it can perform similarly to the original. Now I can once more control the functions.

Wanted another remote control for our Visio TV so my husband and I don't have to pass one back and forth. This worked great right out of the package; no programming or searching for the correct model. Only used for the TV so not sure if it would support multiple electronics but that's all we wanted.

No set was requited. Works great as if it came with the tV.
