    It’s a remote that works! That’s the best thing I can say about it. It has a some shortcut buttons, including a Hulu button that only tries to open PlayStation Vue, which doesn’t exist anymore. So that’s a feature I guess? The remote in general just feels cheap, almost like a knockoff. But it works, and there’s not very many other Insignia Fire TV remotes on the market, so this is kinda all we’re stuck with. A cheap feeling $30 remote with a button that doesn’t even do anything.

    This item was in "like new" condition. Ordered this because my son list the original and it worked like a charm. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Paired easily once batteries were in. I hope these stay in stock in case if emergencies.

    Although the configuration of the remote is slightly different than pictured it works great. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't work because it is different than the original but I'm happy to say it does work just fine.

    Brought this remote back in August, 2020 to replace the Toshiba Firee tv remote, I accidently threw away and today it stopped working, changed batteries and still will not operate. I expected this remote to last atleast a year. So disappointed To late to return because I would, still look brand new

    I got this replacement remote when we started noticing the other one was starting to not function correctly. It worked perfectly no issues and easy to connect.

    Even though i gave this remote a five star review The remote did not work for my particular TV but I believe it was the poor remote sensor.

    I tried several remotes and this is the only Bluetooth one that would connect. It works great. Now I can use voice Cannes again.
