It was the hottest day of the summer to date ! All but one of the local retail stores had completely sold out of electric fans. Exhausted, but determined I drove from store to store and it seemed to no avail. One store had this particular model and they were "flying" off the shelves. This rustic model was reasonably priced, attractive, and met my power requirements. I did not want a cheap, fragile plastic fan in a beat up box. My purchase exeeded my expectations and I am still enjoying the coolness!

awesome looking fan with great power. its just very loud.

Like the look and functionality. Works great and provides needed air flow. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is noise. It's a little loud compared to other fans.

it works good but on high it is a little noisy. if you are sensitive to noise I would look into other fans.
