Disappointed in damaged fridge

As I was very busy at work, I waited several days to unpack the fridge. Surprise, surprise it was dented in several spots. My fault for wanting so long to unpack and now it doesn't qualify for return. Very disappointed. I'm stuck with a damaged fridge.

It was not the delivery person because there was no damage to the box. I noticed other reviews had same comment. You'd think they would be more concern about the product. Taking it back, huge hassle, getting Refund.
