Its great besides it doesnt move as quick as you would with a Ryzen 9 processor if your use to thst then you will find this product slow. If your used to something like a Ryzen 5 then this product would be appealing to you!

Not powerful enough for ROG Ally X

I even used 120watt power to see if that helped too, to no avail. Recommend ordering a product off amazon that has good reviews for the system you're using. Review reddit too, lots of good reviews there.

I used a mouse and keyboard. also worked great for output to 4k monitor. its malfunctioning now. ally would not charge anymore, not even while undocked. I had to take the back panel off and remove the battery. its fixed now. the moment I tried to use the dock agai, the same thing happened. I will no longer try to use this dock because it seems like a risk.

Defective plug

NOT FOR ALLY X - ONLY 14 DAY RETURN POLICY NOW

While it does charge, it does not fit right into the cradle. The product packaging only states compatible with the Ally (non X) which is a thinner device with smaller battery. I wish I would have noticed the box contradicts BestBuy (I did in store pickup). Tried to return on day 15 and that's when I learned BestBuy only does 30 day returns if you pay a membership... 14 day policy is very strict apparently, even if BestBuy gave you incorrect information.
