    Its unique an good for on the go gaming but wouldnt replace my gaming deak top with it. Its great besides it doesnt move as quick as you would with a Ryzen 9 processor if your use to thst then you will find this product slow. If your used to something like a Ryzen 5 then this product would be appealing to you!

    Not powerful enough for ROG Ally X

    Cool concept but didnt work for my Rog Ally X. I even used 120watt power to see if that helped too, to no avail. Recommend ordering a product off amazon that has good reviews for the system you're using. Review reddit too, lots of good reviews there.

    stopped working after about 2 months. whe it worked, it was great. I used a mouse and keyboard. also worked great for output to 4k monitor. its malfunctioning now. ally would not charge anymore, not even while undocked. I had to take the back panel off and remove the battery. its fixed now. the moment I tried to use the dock agai, the same thing happened. I will no longer try to use this dock because it seems like a risk.

    Bad product. Does not allow for full turbo mode when plugged into the dock and loss charge. Power supply isn’t correct wattage to utilize rog ally full performance. Disappointed and returned

    Docking station itself is ok, but the plug that came with it started overheating/melting and irreparably bricked my ROG. Use power supply at your own risk.

    Bs website states this works for the Ally X. While it does charge, it does not fit right into the cradle. The product packaging only states compatible with the Ally (non X) which is a thinner device with smaller battery. I wish I would have noticed the box contradicts BestBuy (I did in store pickup). Tried to return on day 15 and that's when I learned BestBuy only does 30 day returns if you pay a membership... 14 day policy is very strict apparently, even if BestBuy gave you incorrect information.

    I download free game from steam store asphalt 9 ally kept kicking me off and pausing I wanted to like it system becomes unbearable to play games on forget it good price I hate using windows on handhelds if it wasn’t kicking me off for playing free game I would have kept it

    Stopped working after 1 month, Best Buy says they cannot do anything because it’s out of the return period. When working it’s nice, but it already stopped and I barely have had it
