Will admit there is a bit of a learning curve and it may be difficult for those who are not familiar with technology to grasp the complexity of the interface and its features. Great build quality and satisfied with how it runs games. I’ve played both Call of Duty Black Ops 1 and a handful of smaller RPGs, both of which it handled very well without issue. It can be hooked to peripherals, allowing for docking for desk use.

25w "turbo" less than 3 weeks

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.took literally 2 days passed my return policy for it to mess up and start giving me the dreaded "25w only" issue, instead of 30w via turbo, using my stock rog charger doesn't fix. other than that it's been great, perfect for my multi alt-runescape grinding, just feel pressured to play in handheld again if i want to helldive.

It is not specific to the ROG Ally, but it works great. Plenty of USB slots for peripherals, and the power cord can be taken with you as an extra plug when you are on the go. I was worried about how it holds the console, but it has rubber edges to hold and protect it.

Works Great with Lenovo Legion Go

Does NOT provide turbo mode for Ally. Limits to 25w. Going to return and get the jsaux. If you own a leapfrog... err steamdeck, itll work fine as its too weak to do much else.

Also its very upgradable with a 2tb m.2 drive, easy installation and you dont have to worey about transferring any data cause it does that itself! Be sure to get the small form factor of the m.2
