I got this little speaker on sale just to try it out how good or bad was it. But to my surprise it's actually a good speaker, I use this in the shower and it's just perfect for that, and I also love the rogged casing in case I drop it or something. Battery life it's good as well.

I picked up this little speaker for my work space in my man cave, to play Spotify off my phone. Set up was easy, linking the phone and speaker together electronically and the sound was much higher fidelity than I expected. Easy to recharge with the cable provided. I would recommend this to anyone needing a small speaker for tunes.

This little guy definitely packs a wallop - clear sound, particularly in the bass for a speaker this small. Flat design makes it easy for portability. To this point, the charge seems to be decent... ran it for 5 hours without it dying. I do wish there was a strap or compartment on the device to hold the charging cable, which I'm confident I will lose someday.

I keep it linked to my phone, and I use it to listen to Internet radio at night. I've only had it a short time, but it seems well made. It does goes in the shower with me in the morn, so I can listen to the news while getting ready. I hate the button that activates the last number dialed. Buttons are left to right: Power, Volume Down, Dial Last Number, Volume Up. I'd rather the volume buttons be on the end together, I have twice dialed someone in the middle of the night by hitting the wrong button to control the volume. Battery lasts through the night and my shower, but - not much more, and I keep the volume mostly very low - on my pillow most of the time. It does have good sound and decent volume. I like the flap covering the charge port and how it is designed, on another product, I ripped the flap off because it was not designed as well as this one. Flap keeps the water out of port. Amazing price and does what I bought it for well.

Bought this portable speaker for my cousin. Decent battery life 6 hours for such a small speaker. Can be quite loud if you maxed the volume. It was $9.99 on sale. I own UE MEGA BOOM speaker which is a different league in term of sound, but for the price, I think is not bad,

Grabbed this the morning of a 2 week trip. All I wanted was small, inexpensive, and decent sound. I used it behind my tablet for videos, cause headphones in hotel room for several hours aren't my choice. Charged it, paired it threw in the suitcase. In and out if store in 5 mins. There are better sounding ones cheaper if you catch a sale. There are great ones that are even smaller if you don't mind spending $40+. I didn't have time to wait.

Everything Insignia Brand has always turned out to be an excellent purchase including this small compact and powerful sounding portable Bluetooth speaker. I take it with me to the bathroom at home and in the car on the go. The battery charge holds up good and it is easy to use and set up. Great deal and value.

Great speaker. I keep it in my shower (not in the direct stream). It connects to my phone automatically and it’s loud. Only had to charge it once so far.

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. The volume is high the price is fair the pairing is easy and the battery lasts a long while. I also got free SiriusXM radio as well as free Apple Music

I read some reviews that didn’t like these speakers. I got them because of the price and what I was using them for in my house. The bass isn’t great, but it’s a small speaker for under $20. The sound is great to me. I listen to music, videos, or podcasts while I do my chores, and it’s perfect for it. It’s loud enough and the sound is pretty clean. You get what you pay for, and I think, for the price, the quality is really is fantastic. Glad I bought it. Also, buy the protect plan for $7.99 just in case.

My car radio died so my solution was this speaker and my cell phone. Guess what, its better than the radio was! The speaker is great for the car, big sound without taking up any space. It pairs great with my phone and works better than I imagined. I would certainly recommend this speaker for anyone wanting big sound for a little price.

I went to Best Buy looking to buy a portable Bluetooth speaker and I was comparing this speaker with other portable Bluetooth speakers and was also spending on a budget. After pondering for a couple of minutes, I decided to go with buying the Black Rugged Portable Bluetooth Speaker by "Insignia" because it was affordable and within my budget. Now that I have used it over the past couple of weeks, I would say that I am satisfied with my purchase. Overall, it is a good speaker, it may not be fancy or flashy, but it still gets the job done. I rated the Black Rugged Portable Bluetooth Speaker by "Insignia" a 5 out of 5 because of the quality and the price point of the speaker. In conclusion, if you are looking for a portable Bluetooth speaker and spending on a budget, try this speaker out for yourself.

This sturdy little speaker has been through thick and thin with us. Four wheeler, jet ski rides, canoeing, beach. Fun for all those outdoor activities. The speaker has gotten rained on and I've had no worries, Although never submerged. Clear audio. Quick charge.

I have to say for quality Bluetooth speaker, and for its price, this is a pretty good one. The only reason I give it three stars instead of four is battery life and bass. You can't expect the bass to sound good on a lot of Bluetooth speakers, but I've had friends with different speakers that definitely have great sounding bass. Also, the battery life is not long. I use it in my car mostly because I'm saving up to fix and replace my stereo system, but I have to keep it plugged into the charger most of the time because it does die pretty quickly. I would recommend it for just a small one to take with you, it's easy to use, and pretty nice. The volume level, however, doesn't seem to go very high. I guess it depends on what you like.

I have about 6 different Bluetooth speakers and this is the smallest and cheapest, but has good sound but you can't see the controls on the top because they are black on black and without a lot of light you can't tell which is which

Got this to work with BT on my ham radio and it improves the sound very well. Size is just right to have about anywhere and the battery seems to last a good long while. Need to use it more to see how well it holds up but so far very well

Does the job, great sound for such a little guy. I chose this one because it not only has Bluetooth but also can be plugged in, first one was wireless only, I needed it for an old laptop. I also like the rubber surround, just in case.
