The product is good. Super easy and fast to install on the XBOX One. I have not encountered any problems with recharging or the installation. I have notice that the batteries do not last very long, like say how a regular battery will do. I could say that you will probably get about 10-12 hours of battery life. But it isn't hard to swipe out the dead battery for the recharged.

I love that this just attaches directly to the series X. It looks like a natural part of the console, and the inclusion of two batteries means I always have fresh power. The only concern is that it takes effort to close the back cover of my controller. But overall I am very happy with this product.

I like this integrated charger much better than the standalone chargers. Yes... you have to take the batteries out of your controller, but the charger is very convenient. Plus, it gets its power from the USB port on the front of the Xbox, and gives you a pass-thru USB so you don't lose the port.

I didn't need a place to show off my remote(s) or some fancy rgb lights to tell me my battery is charging. Just a straight forward battery pack charger with a pair of battery packs for your game controller, so I was very happy with this charging dock. It plugs in, the lock clips, your batteries charge and we can move on, way to keep it simple.

Nice to have a device to charge rechargeable batteries. Been using rechargeable AA batteries and another standalone charging stand that came with two rechargeable batteries. This also comes with two rechargeable batteries. Was an open box item, but all item were included, I like that it kind of blends into the Xbox design with little noticeability.

The problem with it is that I feel like there was bad product shipment because mine didn’t even line up properly the USB connector was on the left side instead on the right so it couldn’t even plug in and even if it did the arm couldn’t reach the USB port so what I did was I grabbed my iPhone cube plugged it my outlet it worked don’t get me wrong but the design idk I just feel like beat buy got a bad shipment of this product

Fits the Xbox One X perfectly. Batteries hold a charge well.

These Insignia batteries are great. The charger was designed for the Xbox One X, and I have the Xbox One S, so it didn't connect up to my Xbox without a USB extender. Batteries will last a full 6-8 hours of constant use, with headset plugged in.

This is amazing never have to buy batteries again my controllers never die and if they do just pop the second one out and put the dead one to charge right away no more controller dying mid match while you have to take time to look for batteries again

I read lots of reviews on different charging options. Bought on impulse purchase at sons request and it has worked perfectly. Comes with 2 battery packs and that has worked well for us since we usually have two players at the same time. Only had it for 2 weeks, but so far, they have been great.

I have waited close to a year to have this charge dock for the One X. I have the dock for the One S and also had the original One dock. They work great, the batteries are great as well. Could not be happier to have this finally available. I wish there was a white option for my white xbox one x.

With the Xbox console body change , comes a change in the charger unit and location , my old unit wasn’t compatible with my 1st gen Xbox one so I had to get a newer unit , battery packs are the same so now I have extra batteries to use an Added bonus for when playing online !

Love it, plugs right into the front of my One X and locks into the groove in the middle of the side, usb on the front charges my headset, love it! Batteries don’t seem to be the longest lasting ones out there but they fit right under the cover and charge good

Got tired of buying lots of batteries on a constant basis. Having the charger and an extra battery has resolved the issue making every day perfect as you never run out of juice while saving money in the long run as you no longer buy batteries.

The charger seems to do the job and I like the way that it blends in with the design of the xbox. What I don't like though is that you can not use this if you have your xbox vertical. it attaches to the same side that the stand does. Due to this fact I am not sure if I will keep using it for very long.

I picked this up because I had the version for the One S and I love it to keep rechargeable batteries handy. When I saw the one for my One X I picked it up and just like the other, works like a charm with no issues, and keeps the batteries charged

This has been great. We've done regular rechargeable batteries and they are nowhere near as great as these. Plus it connects right to the xbox so my son can keep them all together and charge them / switch them out easily and keep them always in one place

This is a great product if you are someone that frequently plays games on your xb1x. It securely locks into place on the consoles front side USB ports. I play nearly every day, and am able to get about 2 weeks per each battery before needing to re-charge.
