This side dock charging station is exactly what I needed to keep my XBOX controllers going when I am playing long sessions! When I am not playing I can let these battery packs charge and then I am ready to go again! The setup is super easy and the lights on the side let you know when the battery packs are fully charged. Great idea and I would definitely recommend to power gamers so you are not constantly buying batteries!

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to show my appreciation for this super useful, well designed product. The light emitted from the front of battery compartment when a battery is done charging is quite bright in a darkened room, but I simply eject the battery when it's finished charging and lay it to the side until I need to swap it in. Aside from that minor detail, could not recommend this product any more highly.

I bought this when I started running low on my Insignia disposable batteries. I figured for the similar price or another pack, I’d save money in the long run. Pro- I have two battery packs so I can either swap them in and out, or use them in two different controllers. Charger light indicates when it’s completely charged and it charges relatively fast. Cons- I should have bought two while they were on sale, so I could have two more battery packs.

Good solution to AA battery nonsense. For a $500 Xbox, Microsoft should have included rechargeable batteries and charger with the console. This is a good inexpensive solution to this. Seamlessly attaches to the side of your console and blends right in. Not gaudy or cheap looking. If u didn’t know, you’d think the Xbox and this charger were both one unit. Only gripe is the battery life but it has two batteries so can’t complain too much. For the price, it’s a no brainer.

Batteries fit, good for long gaming sessions. Saves space as it’s apart of the console. USB is a big plus

5 stars for design unfortunately couldn't really use it because I use an elite controller which this does not work with.

I’m usually pretty wary of third party accessories but at the time the official Microsoft charge packs are $25 for a single battery and cable. Alternatively this Insignia one is $10 for two batteries and the charging dock. The dock itself fits nearly flush with the system and looks great. Charging doesn’t take long at all and it’s great to always have a fresh battery waiting when one runs low. Much better than running through AAs.

This is actually a good charger and batteries for the Xbox One X. It mounts nicely on the side of the Xbox, and the batteries have good play time. Be careful when ejecting the batteries from the charger, they launch right out of it. Not dangerously, but it can catch you off guard, cause you wouldn’t expect it to do it that, I know I didn’t. The only problem I have with it is how bright the led’s are. Definitely worth the buy though. I just need to get another battery so both ports always have a charged one.

This is a great value and connects right to the Xbox. Charges fast and is really convenient.

Convenience is what this thing is all about I was coming from unplugging and replugging my nyko batteries with the USB port this is just flawless.

My husband and I are really enjoying this side dock charging station for controller batteries. We bought two since we both play and that way we never have to wait for a battery to charge. It will definitely save us money on batteries too so long as it lasts awhile. Would highly recommend if you play a lot of X Box.

Works great charges 2 at a time and has a usb slot on it so it doesnt take up the slot.
