It connects directly to the Xbox and looks like it is supposed to be there straight from the factory. Batteries last a while and the charging time is fast.

Works great, love being able to quickly swap a battery instead of having controllers on charging ports or cables all the time. I did end up buying a 2nd one for extra batteries. Please sell the batteries by themselves! :)

This is a smart purchase especially if only one person is using the Xbox. When I get the notice that my battery is low I pause, switch batteries and continue my game. I’ve probably saved a lot of money by buying this thing. The only marks against it is it’s a little annoying trying to remember the correct way to place the battery so it’ll charge but that’s minor gripe given how much time and money it’s saved me.

I love the fact that the charger plugs right into the front of the xbox x series and the battery packs themselves have great battery life

I've been using Insignia Side Dock chargers since using them from the Original XBOX One. Since then, I have bought it for the One S, One X, and now both the Series X and S. All have worked flawlessly and I love how you can quickly change out batteries.

Very simple to use and install, charges quite fast as well.

Love these batteries it makes it so you always have a chargered battery ready to go when needed and dont have to worry about connecting a cord to your controller. Had one for my xbox one x for a couple of years and loved it so it was a no brainer for the series x.

My findings...: An affordable, handy as heck; necessary — accessory — for everyone who owns an Xbox Series X console. This was built to fit snugly against the machine so it doesn't take up any extra space. It also gives you an additional USB-A port. Plus this thing is so dang light, the plug-in charger is too, but I'm talking about the battery packs!! I feel like my controller is going to blow away if I breathe too hard because it does not weight it, well, almost. The only 1 flaw I see is in regards to the sticky pad that is built on the (inner) side of the charger with the sole purpose of keeping the battery-pack charger attached to your console; it is too small of a sticky pad, it should be almost twice the circumference and even more so, it should be raised higher as it can barely reach the console when it's plugged in.

This little device is amazing. It charges two batteries which are supplied! Which is a plus! It has a spot to plug a charging cable into so you can charge your controller so you are not interrupted while playing. It also has a tooth that attaches to the Xbox series x.

Love this…no more buying batteries. With two rechargeable battery packs, I’m never without power for my controller, and I love that the charger plugs into the Xbox.
