The batteries last a very long time especially if you charge them correctly. Pull out of charger once done.

If you're crafty you can buy two of these and piggyback them in order to feed multiple controllers for multiple players

Easy and seamless hookup, you lose absolutely zero ports in the process. Charging time is relatively quick and the batteries seems to last 15-20 hrs per charge, which is more than adequate for the price. Had the twin on my Series S for several months and it was the same build quality and performance. A no brainer until Microsoft decides to stop monkeying around with built-in rechargables like Sony did.
