Then i have to spend time put it back together before putting it back on. Thought it would stay looped like the original one.

I want to give a huge shoutout to your female employee running the checkout register as she went above & beyond to research I was getting the correct band based on information I was provided AND she displayed the utmost best service & kindness throughout our interactions. My girlfriend loves it! Now she can change her watch to match clothes. It comes with a dusty rose color and a bluish indigo band . They are very easy to switch. The dusty Rose is Velcro, which helps out if you have arthritis. The blue one was like a belt style closure.
