I've never had a silicon case before--I've always had ultra-thin cases, so it is thicker than what I was used to, but still reasonably thin. Fit is very good, but the bottom lip does get in the way of swiping up from the bottom. I ended up removing about the middle third of the bottom lip using a small sanding drum on a dremel tool (with the case off of the phone of course), so swiping up now much smoother.

Just Right!

They have been far better than the Apple silicone cases: more durable and not as slippery. All of my Apple Silicone cases had the edges break off with wear. Never with the Insignia. And it costs much less!
