Great feeling case, unfortunately it did not fit my NEW 3DS XL but if it did I'm sure I would have been pleased. It's not heavy at all and it has contoured connecting points to avoid damaging your device when connecting. This is a definite purchase for the correct device. Allows you to have protection while adding milimeters to the size of your device, a small price to pay!

Offers pretty good protection. Also looks good and has a nice feel in your hands. Will not work with a charge cradle. And it's a bit of a pain to take on and off. Overall I would recommend it if you can get it for the right price.

Purchased this for my 6 year old to keep his 3ds protected. Great price, good fit, offers good protection. Don't have to worry about him dropping it. Good investment for 3ds.

i bought this for about 4 bucks and it fits well on my 3ds XL with ease.. it feels great on my hands and the added protective layer on my 3ds

Installation was easy, has a firm grip and protects my 3DS XL pretty well so far. My only knit pick would be the obvious which is the fact it obstructs any kind of design you have on your system, whether it be the color or any patterns or stickers you would have wanted on your system, but that's known ahead of buying this. Recommend it.

Its a great case and doesn't add much to the bulkiness of the 3DS XL. It fits perfectly in the hand and the added texture gives it a bit of a grip compared to the smooth body the system by itself.

Fits 3DS XL perfectly. I guess because of daily deal and great price, had no control over color but received RED case and that was 1st choice (lucky). Son loves the way it looks and feels. Real benefit is that unit now has some protection if dropped (inevitable).

I have had no problem with this snap on case so far in the past month. It does add a tiny bit more bulk to the device, like ~0.2cm. Overall I like the feel and texture of it; all wholes are nicely aligned. Just wish it would also protect the bent hinges.

this case is not a true protective case like some of those heavy duty carry cases. but it has protected the game from a few drops and scratches. its slim not bulky. it stays on, fits well and doesn't interfere with buttons

Purchased this along with my 3DS. It is easy to put on and difficult to take off " meaning it wont fall off or get knocked off easily ". It provides plenty of protection but, it doesn't offer any hinged protection.

When I got this, I thought it was a carrying case that I could put the DS into and remove it when I wanted to use it. It's not really that, it's more a "case" that you put around it and leave. It does protect it and isn't too much of a hassle but I find it a little bulky on the already big 3DS XL. It's clean enough, but not great.

This case is easy to install, allows access to all controls, and has a good feel to it.

I take my 3DS XL with me to work. I have dropped it before in the hall and was worried about it breaking. Now that I got this case/protector on it, I don't worry about it falling and breaking or being damaged. My only complaint is that it sticks to my pocket (it is textured so there is more friction when pulling it out of my pocket). But this is preferable to it falling out and breaking.
