Works good. The connector at the computer end removes easily and can fall out if I shift myself around when using the laptop while seated in a Laz-Y-Boy chair. That is the only minor issue.

Says that it will guarantee that it has all the tips you will need for stated brands. Would not fit my Lenovo X201. So i went to the site given inside the box that says they will ship any tip that is not included, just look up the model number. I looked up my model number, and it wasn't even listed on their site. So now i have to return it and go with another brand.

The box said it would fit ALL laptops including HP. Got it home and it did not work with HP Envy, so I returned it.

It has been 2 years and ''tis charger still works, awesome.

I thought with the higher priced item instead of the "basic" one I would get a better longer lasting product. It is already not charging my laptop. The connector that goes into the laptop is loose and the device heats up when it works and most of the time it is failing to work at all. Not charging the laptop and will have to take the laptop in to find out the issue if it's the charger which I believe it is so I paid a whole pile of money for a worthless charger cord which already has failed in all areas.

This product was chosen by your sales staff to replace a cord Geek Squad at Garner NC store had lost. It would not work with my laptop. I returned for refund.

This power supply fit myHP alptop and works fine but is overpriced.

Although the packaging says this work on EU voltage, my Dell was unable to determine voltage and disabled charging with it, leaving me high and dry.

I bought this because it was supposed to work at voltages other than 120 but didn't work. Had to return it.

It is exactly as described, Far exceeded my expectations. If you need a charger this is the one!

I have a ASUS 2 in 1 laptop convertible and recently my dog chewed up the original charger for this computer. Thankfully, I have one of the GeekSquad plans to protect it, so I did what everyone would do. I went in and ordered a new charger. A week later my charger did not come in and I was very disappointed, but luckily GeekSquad said I can go get a charger in store for free, so I did and I asked the BestBuy person which one would be the best and they gave me this one. Great design, perfect charger and everything except, the charger attachments don't fit. I was very furious to see that none of the charger heads would fit, and I was even more furious to see almost everywhere on the box "We Guarantee this will fit any computer". I am returning this product tomorrow and see if they have any other better chargers.

only works when plugged in but the battery does not charge.

Just an FYI - This product doesn't work with Samsung Ativ Book 9 plus.
