We bought his sound bar to make up for the inadequacies of a TV that was not projecting the sound. It is for use in a bonus room with high ceilings. it works perfectly and for the price you cant beat it>

I wanted a small soundbar to use in my bedroom, and this fit the bill. It's not super powerful, but it sounds decent and has more bass response than I thought it would. My TV can control its volume through the optical cable connection as well which is a plus.

Great soundbar! Significant amplification, especially for the price, and it is easy to setup and use. At times, however, it has a tendency to shake and rattle so much from the bass that it has fallen off the shelf, so just make sure it is secure for your own benefit.

Main weakness of almost any flatscreen is the sound - the dimensions of the thin TV don't allow for much in the way of speakers - highly recommend spending a few extra dollars to get this soundbar so you can really enjoy movies TV and sports on your new big screen!

As one of the cheapest sound bars on the market, it really does everything I need it to. But you definitely need to use the Optical Audio cable for the best sound. I put this in the basement so I could hear my TV over the treadmill and elliptical. Works great!

I wasn't looking for the super surround sound system, just something for the bedroom TV and I have been very pleased based on the cost. There's a big jump in cost from this to the next level up and I'm pleased with the choice I made to purchase the Insignia sound bar.

I purchased this sound bar as a birthday gift for my mother. She has trouble hearing and we all know the sound quality of lower end flat screens. It was real easy to connect and sounded surprisingly good!

This bar sits in my living room to give my TV some much needed volume. The bar works great for TV and is easy to pair and stream music from a Bluetooth device. Only downside is there's a slight buzz coming from the unit. Haven't connected sub to the unit yet.

I like this soundbar because it was easy to set up and it sounds great. I also love the fact that is has Bluetooth capabilities so if I'm cleaning and want to connect my phone and listen to music, I can do that too.

Have 2 of these and they have a great sound for the money. Easy to connect through Bluetooth.

I got this sound bar during the black Friday events for $40. Great deal. My flat screen TV sound needed a little depth and this works great. Easy setup, I recommend using a digital audio cable for best results. I love that it has Bluetooth. Definitely recommend!

The Insignia NS-SB314 Soundbar is a good basic Soundbar for the Bedroom, Kid's Room or Playroom. A good addition for TV's with weak or downward facing speakers. Nice sound, especially for the low sell price, and with Bluetooth capabilities. Easy set-up, as well.

Our son's new TV has a great picture, but anemic sound. Living in an apartment, he didn't want a bulky subwoofer or so much bass that it would disturb neighbors. This was the perfect choice. It makes a huge difference in both the volume and the sound quality and greatly increases the enjoyment of watching TV and playing video games.

The sound quality isn't the best, but it's pretty good...especially for the price!! The sound fills up a bedroom adequately, not sure about a larger room. The Bluetooth is very nice, especially as you can sync three separate Bluetooth accessories to it.

We purchased on black friday (which i dont normally do) and the price was under 100 dollars. The remote doesnt have much range but that is the only "problem" with it. Happy with our purchase :)

Basic sound bar, not a lot of features, decent quality for the price. $50 Black Friday deal is good price for this sound bar. I use 1 for a Bluetooth speaker in bathroom for music, and a second hooked to a media center PC, and sound is good from both.

Purchased this for my grandmother because with her tv she could not hear it very good. It was so pretty easy to hook up, ofcourse I had to call her satellite company because the instructions weren't allowing for the simple system. But because of the sound quality I'm giving it 5 stars and price. She can hear the tv and enjoy it.

Bought this item because speakers on flat screen tv were awful. I already have a surround sound system but don't like to run it for all television viewing. I bought this for basic tv sound and it does exactly that. Sound is good and volume gets loud enough.
