I have used the sound bar for more than 30 days now. The sound is good and sufficient for medium to large size room. The bass is good. The Bluetooth connectivity is working great for android as well as iphone. It comes with a remote and aux cable. The power and Aux cables are sufficiently long. Great purchase for the price.

I love the sound in this thing and the Bluetooth feature is a huge plus for me. My only downside is that I would have loved if it had two fiber optics inputs at least. this maybe general to all sound bars that are not hooked to a receiver, maybe, but I hate neededing another remote just for sound. Now I have one for the TV, one for the cable box (which I use the most between TV or cable box since it is somewhat universal), and one for the sound...oh well!! Still, worth it...you can also plug in a subwoofer if you have one, but it does have a bass boost.

Found this on the shelf but none were set up. Checked reviews and bought on a whim. Really nice for a small soundbar, Much better sound than any no-names plus even some of the lower end brand names. 3 DSP settings, a small sub built in, and Bluetooth too. My sister heard it, and went and bought one and got rid of her (brand name) one. Then we bought another for a hard of hearing relative to help enhance the tinny sound from the TV she had. So that's 3 happy humans so far - that should say it all....

The sound on our 43 inch TV was lacking so I decided to shop for soundbars. I normally would not buy Insignia as the reputation is not as high as other brands, but this unit was on sale. Using an optical cable I set the sounds bar up and I was pleasantly surprised. It has bass built in and has three sound profiles. The sound quality is very good for an inexpensive sound bar. If you are looking for top quality sound you might not be happy with this, but for under $80 this worked well for me.

Bought this soundbar after noticing the sound on my new Sharp TV was tiny, and lacked any sort of richness to it. After researching various soundbars, and home audio systems, I decided to go with this one, as it was on sale at the time of my decision. The setup was quick and easy, and I must say that I am very impressed with the sound quality. While not punchy the bass is rich, and the sound very clear. The only drawback is that I do wish the bass was deeper, but since I plan on buying a subwoofer for the unit, it's not a major concern. Overall if you're looking for a inexpensive soundbar that has a pleasantly rich sound, and the ability to upgrade to a subwoofer of your choice in the future look no further. Oh, and also the unit does not come with an digital optical cable, but I got one at Best Buy for only $14, which is a must have for this unit.

This is a pretty good sound bar but not the best. It is better than the regular speakers that are on the TV though. The volume control on the remote isn't very good.. It's hard to get to the right volume setting with it. It does have Bluetooth which is a pretty good feature. It does not come with a sub-woofer but you can add one to it.

Not knowing anything about a soundbar I was a complete novice with this purchase. I purchased because the sound on my TV was never what I expected it to be. When I asked the assistant at Best Buy she informed me. I purchased the least expensive on sale soundbar figuring it gave me a place to start. To be honest I don't know how I enjoyed TV prior to the purchase. What a difference. I have nothing to compare my purchase to probably next time I will buy up but outstanding right now.

I have my TV on my wall, and since it was mounted, the sound has lost quality. I've been looking at sound bars for a while, and I found that this is the perfect opportunity to get one. I went with this one because of the price, and I didn't want a Sub Woofer. I live in an apartment complex and I didn't want to disturb my neighbors with all the sounds of my action movies. This sound bar has way better sound quality than the built in TV speakers, and a price I couldn't pass on.

I have a 24" TV in my basement that I watch when working out, but I couldn't hear the TV over the treadmill, so I purchased this soundbar. It's by no means "movie theater quality" but it makes the sound less tinny and so that I can hear what's being said instead of lip-reading. The TV didn't even cost me $150 so I couldn't see spending any more money on something else. Connecting it was easy and didn't require much thought at all.

We were looking for an inexpensive sound bar to go with our 52-inch TV, and my son and I saw this project on sale for $49. A great value for the quality of sound it produces. The only draw back is that there are as many tunable sound volume as in other systems (no finer volume adjustments other then simple push up and down buttons.

Got this to use with new 65" Sony 4K tv. Wanted a simple way to enhance the "tinny" sound from the tv's speakers but didn't want surround sound or a bunch of speakers. Had it wall mounted just under the tv and have been very pleased with the improved sound projection. Tv is much easier to hear without having to turn it up so loud and has a richer quality. This was a reasonably priced option to boost tv sound quality.

Can't say enough about the Insignia NS-SB314 sound bar. Not only did it met all my expectations including performance; pricing but it compliments my recent purchase of a 4K- 3D Samsung Smart TV. The process to sync to my devices included an Apple IPhone and Apple IPad. The easy step by steps instructions was without exceptions that even a novice could perform,,..highly recommend the product it will blow you away.

This soundbar was amazing the sound is very nice very easy to work the Bluetooth was easy to do great soundbar for the price.

For what I paid this is great! You can't beat $100! My dog now perks up his ears more and barks at the other dogs on TV. He didn't use to do that until I got the sound bar, it's ok though it just shows what a low decimal my TV was on. My only issue is I don't like how I can't tell if I'm at the max volume or not. The blue tooth works really well and had no issues hooking up other devices to it.

Our bedroom tv sits in an armoire so the sound baffles out the rear of tv " bounces around the cabinet " and thens sounds like everyone is talking with " cotton" in their mouths. Given the price range of speaker bars, the Insignia's sound, price point , width , ease of install ,simple remote, and only needed an optical audio cable, $15.00, made it great a purchase.

gave this to my son for christmas..he loved it,,was very easy to set up!! Great sound and quality,,awesome price!!

I picked this up as an open box deal for $40, and I think it sounds great. I wish I could integrate it with my universal remote though- the little remote that comes with it tends to disappear into the sofa. Overall a good buy- not amazing but a vast improvement over the speakers in the TV.

I just needed a simple sound bar for my tv/bluray player. Easy set up, the sound is clear, and I like having the Bluetooth option if I hook up my laptop to the tv.

Great sound bar - especially for the price... It's a little tall to keep in front of the tv but comes with mounting brackets so it's easy to mount in wall. Wanted something to boost the sound of my new insignia TV - since some shows seemed quieter than others. The Sound on this sound bar Is superb!! Bluetooth feature is great for playing music through the phone or iPod. I Was on the fence about buying it - so happy I got it! Would recommend to anyone!

I bought this sound bar during Christmas season on sale. I had purchased a 32 TV for my garage and I thought a sound bar would help. It was inexpensive and my first sound bar purchase. It was easy to install. I was very pleased with the sound quality and volume. What a difference from the TV speakers! I was so impress with the sound bar quality I am going to purchase another one for my 55 inch TV in my house but this time with a wireless subwoofer.
