The service at Best Buy, Union, NJ was excellent. The technician let me bring my TV into the store to test the soundbar.

It's actually a good purchase, but the sound seems to up or down there is no mid point. You can't use a dial to just slightly increase or decrease the volume, other than that is good.

This soundbar is great! It's very affordable and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Can't watch my TV without the boost that this sounder provides; the sound is like night and day.

Purchased on Black Friday - perfect addition for our 48 inch TV. Have a different full surround system for 60 inch TV.

This was a great find for me. I wanted to buy a nice reciever and speakers to watch movies and play music in my apartment living room. This puppy was affordable and gives crisp sound. Plus if I ever wanted to move it to another room or venue it would be super easy. Paired up easily w my iPhone. Thank you Best Buy!

I was hesitant at first, then thought, nothing Insignia has let me down yet, and this speaker bars didnt dissapoint.

needed better sound and not that poor sound my television had that reflected of the wall from back facing speakers. this sound is so much better i do suggest buying the digital optical cable makes it even better this even very close to surround sound thinking about buying second and placing on other side of room

This soundbar works great. This is my second one I've purchased. I have one in my living room and now one in my bedroom. It is easy to connect, comes with Bluetooth so I can stream my music from my phone. I have it connected with optical audio

Bar was easy to set up and has made such a sound difference in my TV viewing. One hint, buy a name brand digital cord.

Nice improvement in TV sound for the price. The sound is still muffled at times but maybe it is the TV program. I've never had one of the more expensive sound bars to compare.

my son needed to replace his dying sound bar and got a really good deal on Black Friday for this 1. Hooked it up to his Insignia sub woofer and they sound really good together

Really easy to set up and use. Just plug it in your tv. Takes up very little space but produces a great big sound.

The Insignia Sound bar did not provide enough bass for my liking. Was unable to find a sub woofer to work with this sound bar. TV volume control did not work with this sound bar.

I gave this as a gift and was the one who installed the sound bar, I was blown away and my friend loved it even more!
