During the course of adjusting the band, the adjustment tool broke. Went to the Best Buy in Greenwood for help. After being shuffled around to various staff, the guy in the technical support area told me to find a jewelry store in the mall versus even attempting to provide assistance. Makes me think twice about buying anything from Best Buy. Since the band is still not adjusted, it is hard to provide any assessment regarding the quality of this product. Obviously, customer service is non existent oh unless you purchase some expensive add on policy. Fortunately, there are other places to go.
