It does pinch the arm hairs a little bit but it’s definitely easier to adjust than a regular band.

After a few attempts it became easier and it will not pop loose and fall off your wrist. I now prefer it over the old rubber original band.

The bad news is - it didn't fit my Apple Watch Series 9! Upon purchase, I asked the Best Buy customer service employee to put it on for me and he was unable to get the band to "click in". It would have fallen off! I have the 41 mm Series 9. Very disappointed, but a return was easy right then and there.
