The band is dressy without being ostentatious. The magnetic clasp is very easy to adjust if you want a tighter or looser fit. The magnet is strong enough that that I have no fear of accidentally knocking the watch off my wrist.

However, it was not the band I was looking for (expansion) and it was this band or not wear the watch. Still disappointed, so mostly this 4 star rating is because I really wanted an expansion band!
