I did do some yard work where I dug a hole and it loosened over time with the abrupt stops of the shovel - so not good for rough activities. Other wise it’s great

Strong magnet, breathable, good things.

Other than that it is very nice

BETTER THAN THE OG APPLE BANDS

Everytine I washed my hands I’d have to adjust the band to come off and it was a haslte because the holes and belt were finicky! But NO MORE! Now its a simple and easily adjustable magnetic band!! Would recommend 100%!!!
