I got this more for the car charger than any other reason, so my son could use his 3DS XL on long car trips. You can't find just a 3DS charger anywhere for this price any more. The large size case with a hard shell is a bonus, and the headphones are also great for kids. Added plus - this item carries the Nintendo quality seal.

Great little accessory bundle for the price. However, only red bundles were available in store. When we looked to order them online from bestbuy.com, it was not possible to choose any of the other colors and they would not guarantee what colors you would get if you did order them online. Not an issue if you have one kid who loves the color red. Makes for an imperfect Christmas gift, though, if you have more than one kid and want to get them unique colors or if you simply want a color other than RED! The value of the bundle is undeniable (and, of course, we got them anyway). But, given the rarity these days of this type of aftermarket accessory bundle (I shopped at least 5 stores in person before settling on this one and didn't have better luck on line), you'd think you could actually pick which color you'd like to have. Anyway, my two cents.

I still use my 3Ds very frequently when I'm with my siblings using download play games during roadtrips and I have found it very hard to find a portable charger and this one came with just that and so much more! Really great deal.

This package rounded out my gift purchase for my sister. I wanted somewhere she could keep her game safe from her dog and this case protects the game nicely. She also likes the headphones for playing when others in the household are sleeping,

I bout this for my 2DS as it was getting scratched in my backpack. The case holds quite a good selection of games, protects the 2DS, and has room for several accessories. Now I just toss this in my backpack and I'm good to go. It's also handy at the airport to just pull out and toss in a bin.

the car charger alone is worth every penny, plus the headphones are just the right loudness for children. the case is durrable and holds everything that comes with it, plus your 3ds, many games and other things for a gamer on the go

Costs less to buy this entire package than just to buy a charging cord or a case. Worth it. Headphones are junk but who cares. It’s for a kid in a car. This buy is worth it anyway.

The starter kit is a good way of saving money on accessories. A bundle is a great way to go especially if it has what you need. Everything in this starter kit took care of my needs and works perfectly as well as being a good value.

Overall it's all great to go with the 3DS. I'm able to fit several games, the 3DS and the charger in the case. Love having a car charger for road trips. Headphones seem pretty fragile and can feel awkward sometimes but I would say it's worth the money considering all the other stuff you get.

This was a birthday gift for my wife(daughter's idea) . My wife loves IT!! Her first gaming system AND THIS WAS AN ADDED BONUS .THE CASE IS MUCH NEEDED AND THE HEADPHONES ARE COMFORTABLE AND HAVE DECENT SOUND!

I purchased two of these for my two kids. The extra large pen is a life savor for toddlers. (they will loose the one with 3ds with in a week) Head phones are not that great. Case is awesome and travel charger is a life savor!!

This case is perfect for my daughter to store her 3DS in. Not only does it hold the system and her games but it also comes with a car charger for the system and an extra stylus. It's built well and will hold up if dropped.

This game accessory was well worth the purchase! The earphones alone give me the peace and quiet a busy single mom deserves. Also it protects my investment to keep my child entertained and myself sane.

My kids just received Nintendo 2DS's for Christmas and th is was also a gift for it. Works great seeing my kids are 8 and 9 and are rough. This package comes with a stylus but so does the Nintendo 2DS

While I can't fit both headphones and my son's 3DS in the case at the same time, it doesn't matter. It holds the DS, games, etc well. The car charger is a must have for longer trips!
