Good: It works on discord, not sure how well other people hear me but it functions. It’s really comfortable with the soft ear cushions. Lastly I tested the mic with a website to hear how I sound and it’s phenomenal for cheap headphones! Bad: The only bad thing is it doesn’t quite fit my head, so the headphones do slide down and pinch nerves around my ears. Although it’s not nearly as bad as others I have tried. Conclusion: Will do some more tests but these seem good enough for me.

At this clearance price theyre worth buying. The sound is nice, the cable is longer so you dont have to hold your device close. They work well woth Xbox series too. My only issue is the connection is a bit delicate. If you wiggle it around you can hear the scratching sound. If you need a spare or two, or you have kids that go through headphones too fast buy these.

I got this for $10 on clearance. It's a best buy brand, so it was pretty trustworthy in my eyes. I figured I could use it for an xbox controller since it just connects using a 3.5mm jack. I wasn't expecting any crazy sound quality, and I did not get it. Mostly I just needed a headset for when I use voice chat, and the old xbox-supplied one didn't cut it anymore. For $10, it's awesome. The sound quality, again, isn't out of this world, but it the sound stage isn't bad. It's decently comfy too. My friends all said that I sound fine on the other end, so overall a great purchase.

I bought these for my kids so I wouldn't have to hear them screaming through the house while they play Fortnite together. They love them. They are comfortable and the sound is great for the cost.

Tried them out and they work pretty well, also includes a nice adaptor you can use with other headphones. Decent outside noise reduction with fairly light but tight pressure on ears with ear cover portion of them. Solid value overall just to get some respectable functional headset. Didn't test microphone part since I don't really use that function that often, but seems to look perfectly fine, and I've never had an Insignia product fail to work as described so far out of 3 or 4 purchases of different products of theirs.

My son absolutely loves these headphones. He said they've super comfortable and the mic, he's pleased that he's able to move it.

The sound quality is excellent. These headphones are well made and on the heavier side, very comfortable to wear, also.

This headset is good for the price. It is comfortable, very light weight with soft ear cups. Sound is good enough for on the go gaming with steam deck. Wired isn't my favorite but is the only way to use a mic that isn't the built in one in the steam deck.

I'm trying to find more of these but I can't. Great headphones.

I really love this Insignia Stereo headset! It sounds good when I listen to music and movies! When I use it for mobile calls, I'm told that my voice sounds so clear! I'm going to buy a couple more for relatives.

They're ok headphones but will struggle to stay over the head if you wear glasses. The UBS adapter is a huge plus and the cable length gives room for you to move around.

Bought this mainly because of the included TRRS adapter actually. On Amazon those would go for almost $10 but here it's included in the headset at $20 so I figure it's worth it. The TRRS adapter basically converts a headset 3.5mm plug which won't work with a regular headphone jack since headset has microphone too, into a USB plug which can utilize both the microphone and the headphone. The device included with this Insignia headset is OK; sound quality has less oomph compared to plugging this headset straight into the headphone input. I tested this with my own HyperX headset and can also confirm again: Plugging the headset into the headphone jack sounds better than through the TRRS adapter. I checked in Sound settings and this adapter only gives 1 channel in microphone, while a TRRS-supported input (usually found on modern computers) can support 2 channels. Too bad, gotta give up a bit of quality to use the microphone I guess. Also, the headset quality is OK as well when plugged into a regular headphone input, it's not as good as my cheap HyperX but it is serviceable. The other not-really shortcoming is how this headset is barren of any markings. It's like they don't want people to find out this is an Insignia product. I found that quite cheap, it makes the headset super generic (which it probably is). There are NO physical indicators of brand name nor model on the headset besides an L and R inside the headphone muffs. The only thing is a paper tag near the 3.5mm jack that says this is by Insignia which can easily be ripped off. All in all, I guess for $20 while on-sale it is alright, got an OK headset and a TRRS adapter I can use on any other headset from now on. Pretty much you get what you pay for. I do have to add tho, I like fabric earmuffs and this headset so far can stretch pretty good and fit my big head with ease. I will see if it breaks at some point, from other headphones I used they often have a weak point that just snaps. My HyperX headset is cheap but did not have such a point, will see if this one does.

Excellent gaming headset. We use it with the Xbox and PC. Surprisingly, it is a great noise cancelling ability. Sounds and voices are clear.

The sound quality is very, very good. I also appreciate the ability to increase or decrease the sound while using it.

I got it for my kid; it works perfectly and is easy to use. Sounds quality is decent, and the overall build is sturdy.

Good for the price, sound quality is pretty nice and the mic is better or just as good as anything else available for this price.
