HD sound is pretty good. Wished it had AM radio too.

Was looking for as simple of a FM radio as I could find to listen to sports while at work. This was WAY more fancy than I needed but I'm very satisfied with purchase. Runs by plugging it in or on battery... for those times you're not near an outlet. Digital tuning and good sound quality. Overall a good "fancy" simple portable radio.

My first HD radio, and it is superb. Pulls in many stations and there is no static. Works on battery. Compact and stylish

I didn’t plan on purchasing this brand. Since they didn’t have the brand I was seeking, I purchased this one. I am delighted/great sound and great reception.

I love the HD reception which was a key feature and the Drive in FM reception was great. Also was able to use the headphone port to get better sound from a portable bluetooth speaker. Internal sound is what I expected, but I use the headphone out jack to aux input on my garage receiver for much better sound. Good value too.

My father in law listens to a weak AM station that is also on HDFM. We bought this for him and it does what is advertised. Good reception and simple to use.

Channel reception will depend on location, and distance from broadcasters, so for some folks in suburbs the number of HD channels available will seem quite low. But regular FM still works well, the speaker is nice and loud, and HD channels, when available, are a great additional feature. Moving the radio to an outside corner of my home and next to a window helped a bit with the reception.

Perfect radio to have around the house. Not too big but good sound quality. I like the fact that it has a plug and battery compartment. Has come in use when we lost power at our home and could still turn this on to have something to listen to and pass time.

Use this while I'm in the house cooking/cleaning, or relaxing at night. Sounds is great and radio signals come through clean. Very durable. Would recommend.

Giving it 5 stars for what it is - a small, inexpensive radio. Using it in a bathroom to listen to news, it has great reception of HD stations without even extending the built in antenna. Slightly annoying: - Have to cycle through favorites one at a time, so if you want to go to favorite station 4 you have to press the Favorite button 4 times - You have to hold the power button down for a few seconds to turn the radio on or off. No big deal, but I don't see the need. Just slightly annoying. Other than these, a great replacement for a larger old non-HD radio.

It works very well, as it should. It has great clarity and is easy to use.

I purchased this to boost sound when streaming music through my phone, and listen to the news and radio. Simple to use and straightforward. The only Improvement I would make would be the button arrangement, one long row of buttons leaves you hunting for what you're looking for every time.

This product is okay. The radio stations that it picks up in HD is clear however the anntenta isn't as strong as it should be. Older radios that I have can pick up more stations. Also this radio does not have AM. Another downside. The AUX works great.

The sound quality is good and I can connect my headphones to it. You can also use it as the speaker for some other device through a line in input on the back. At home it scanned and received perhaps 4 HD stations. The real test was the office - suburban three story building filled with laptop and desktop computers, not near the windows. In that kind of environment it can literally scan all the way across the dial without finding a single HD signal. If I manually set the radio to two of the stations and futz with the antenna (fully extended naturally) it will detect and play the station in HD. Good for the city where the signals are strong? Yes. Suburbs and Rural? No.

We like the size and the ease of using this item. It's easy to set up and sound is adequate

Don't get the greatest FM signal where I live, but this radio offers comparable reception to other like radios. The HD radio service is basically a thing of the past thanks to streaming, but this is very handy to have in the garage and/or in case of power outages given it can run on batteries. Unless you live smackdab in the middle of a metropolitan area, or employ the use of an amplified antenna, you probably won't be able to fill all the presets. Setting the presets can prove slightly difficult, but you just have to learn the controls. Only giving 4 stars due to just a handful of stations coming through, but again, that's probably more of me being slightly out of range. And note, this radio ONLY receives FM stations ...no AM. It's clearly stated in the product description, but worth re-stating.

At the time, I was looking for an AM/FM radio, and I failed to look at the fine print. If this is what a customer wants, it certainly appears to be a good quality receiver for the price. I wish the description was in bolder print on the carton prior to purchase, as I have little use for this FM-only radio. I would not recommend the radio due to its limited FM reception.

I bought this as a gift for someone in case of power outage. I tried it out with the batteries and the sound and receptions was very good. The only draw back was I found the batteries were not easy to install or remove because the space was so small . Other that that I liked this product.

This FM HD radio eats batteries (4) much quicker than my AM/FM radio that used 3 batteries. The radio is very nice, sounds great but I'm not sure that I can use it if it keeps using the batteries so fast.

I bought this for my aging mother. The sounds coming from the radio are fine and it's got a sleek look. However, she finds the controls a bit small and hard to read (typical gray on black print).
