Portable for any table top, it has plenty of presets, and it comes with an external antenna which definitely helps pull in more distance stations. I like the read out on the display. It’s bright enough and simple to see. Definitely a great price for the radio and especially with it having battery operability. So if we lose power, I can still listen to the news.

The sound quality is good, but beware about the springs in the battery compartment. When my son put batteries in, a spring came right off. Initially, I wanted to return it but I ended up putting the spring back into place successfully after 30 minutes. So please be careful about the springs when you insert or take out batteries because they are not of good quality. Besides the setbacks this is a good sounding radio for the price.

Great reception and power options

It can be used either with regular alkaline batteries or plugged into wall which is great! Good sound at louder volumes and an overall great buy :)
