This is a GREAT little radio — very, very sensitive and will pull in the stations most radios today won’t. The preset function is a little funky, and it could stand to have a bit larger amplifier, but those are quibbles. If you want to see what a good radio this is for its size and price, feed the audio from the headphone jack into a really good sound system. It lacks a bit of the high end of a really good component tuner, but if you boost the high end a bit with an EQ, you can’t tell the difference in an A-B test. And that’s with an analog FM signal, not HD. Yeah, so far, I’m loving this little radio.

Bought this for my office desk. Works great but no AM which I don’t listen to anyway.

It plays pretty clear and I love the fact it will give you extra HD channels. The only thing I wouldn’t use batteries because they don’t last long. I’ve gone through batteries like crazy when using just for an hr.

Live in a bad location for radio reception - this little digital radio works pretty good despite its location

If you are looking to listen to some HD radio this inexpensive little radio has you covered. Its biggest downfall is in the house it doesnt pick up the HD stations as well as it does in the garage and will fade out. Wish i could hook it to an external antennae.

I bought this radio to listen to AM stations that are broadcast on FM HD substations. Great reception. I only wish they buttons were a little easier to use. I prefer knobs on my radio for volume and tuning. But otherwise a good radio and good value.

Another home run for Insignia. I plug it into larger speakers but the sound from the unit itself is impressive. Comes with an additional antenna that really boosts the signal.

It has a great sound quality and finds HD stations automatically with a push of a button. I get more channels with it than with the high performance unit in my car. Very happy I bought this little radio, I mostly use it outdoors on the patio

The two nicest features of this radio are its small size and the fact that it is only HD FM. The price is right, too. I bought this radio to keep downstairs after tiring of schlepping my first one around the house.

Bought this for a remote area where my other radio's just pulled in static. This Radio was able to pull in 3 stations, 1 really clear. The other two were decent. Back at home the radio can pull in a lot of stations. Great on batteries also.

Purchased this item to have during power outages when bad weather hits my city. Great sound and love the digital readout, as it names the artist and the song that is being played. Was a little pricey but worth it.

I bought this radio to receive radio programs with less static, hiss, and other interference. This HD radio certainly proved to be very satisfactory in meeting this need as I now hear the broadcasts clearly without interference.
