Good start for a portable HD radio

It does take a few extra seconds to get an HD single, I wished it was faster and wished it had AM radio.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned 2 car cd players with built in HD radio and have been well pleased with them, So I decided to try a home portable unit, This Insignia Table top unit has a great sound. And it has what I consider to be the most important feature: it gives you the title of the song playing, as well as the artist. The only limitation is that you need stations in your area that broadcast in the HD format.

Love it! Exactly what I was looking for.

This turned out perfect....easy to use and great sound. Plus, having the old style battery option...I can move it around anywhere I want without having to worry about my music bothering someone else. The sound is really good and I was thrilled to find out that an actual radio that was just that (only a radio) still exists!!!
