The volume is not loud and is not user friendly for my mom. If the price was lower then it would be a great product but for the price it is not worth it. I just wish my mom would have told me sooner about the product so I could have returned it and bought something better.

I figured it out but very frustrating when the grained sales people have no idea of major features especially when I said that was a game changer.
