Returned radio, got a replacement. Same problem. Returned this radio to the same store, same problem. Radio from this production bath must have defective. Do not know what to do now. First one and this one both act alike: often have periodic pauses, sometimes lasting 35 seconds. This occurs even with using maximum instructions: have radio close to window & use antenna up. Also...occasionally the spoken voice has a brief echo effect. I plan to return this NS-HDRAD2 & ask for return of purchase amount.

Worst Radio I ever owned.

I can't believe how terrible it is even the FM stations, I receive 2 stations other radios I have pick up about 20. Unrreal. I can't believe Bestbuy would even sell such Trash.

I though maybe the unit was defective so I took it back and exchanged it for another unit, but the second unit would not tune it in at all.

Clerk said it could not be exchanged after 1/16/2021. I thought because I purchased it in December it would be okay to exchange. It was rejected

My 20 year old battery powered pocket radio does a better job pulling in the FM stations.

This thing could not lock in even what my old analog could. Moved it around and placed the wire in different spots. I ended up returning this radio.
