It's a little tricky to program at first but, once assigned, the presets are right where you want them to be. If available in your area, A.M. class HD stations allow for talk show to be listened to in a whole new dimension. That, for me, was the reason to indulge myself on this purchase. Frequently on sale, so I's nice to catch it on a discount. I own 2.

Love this radio. Sound is clear and crisp. No tinny sound . Receives allot of stations. Thanks for the great reception.

this was a great little radio for my father in law. It had good sound. The controls were a small for an older person.

The sound is pretty good for a little radio and it has decent reception. A little confusing on how to tune in the HD stations, it seems to skip over some the first time around. Don't like how the preset button works - it starts over at One each time, rather than starting from whatever station is playing. But for the brief amount I play it, it's worth the money.

I really like HD radio and ease of use terrestrial units like this. The sub channels are fantastic and sound is good for such a small unit. We need more HD radio.

Radio works fine and for the money is well worth it! If you want a cheap HD radio...this will do the job.

I Love this Radio. Bought it to have a a simple way to have HD radio in my garage when washing the car. Sounds great and has great reception!

We were looking for a battery operated radio for when the power is out and for the beach. This one is pretty expensive for what it is, but there are VERY FEW to chose from. It works fine, but the batteries drain quickly, and you cannot see the LED screen in the sun. Overall I guess I am satisfied, but the old battery operated radios were much better!

Very nice little radio. Trying to listen to baseball games on an AM radio while sewing is a little frustrating - the electronic machine interferes with AM radio reception. When my team announced that they were on FM HD, I started looking for a portable radio. This one came up in my search. Decent brand, nice price, OK, I'll try it. I'm glad I did! It takes standard AA batteries, so no hunting for replacements. After a little fiddling, I found my baseball station, and... WOW, is it clear! And no interference from the sewing machine. All is right with the world.

Purchased this radio for a small space that seemed to have bad reception. This radio is a great compact size but has great sound and awesome reception. Best purchase I've made in quite awhile. Highly recommend.

Easy to use descent sound just wished volume would have been louder

The buttons on this radio are so small I can’t see them. The buttons are also not very responsive. I have to press and hold the on/off button for it to work. The sound is pretty weak. At full blast it is not very loud. The sound quality is ok. I like that it is small and portable but I thought it would be better for the money. I wouldn’t buy this again. I wish I could return it but Best Buy, in my experience, makes it difficult to return things. I wouldn’t have bought this through them but I had a gift certificate. There wasn’t a very good selection of portable radios to choose from. Overall the shopping online experience and shipping were fine. Shipping was fast .

Was looking for an HD radio for my son. This one is affordable and also of fairly good quality. Reception is good, and the built in speakers are fairly good. Sound quality through headphones is also good.

This is an excellent table top HD radio. Good sound quality. Presets are easy. A little pricey at Best Buy's regular price; buy it on sale.
