Bought this when repairing my motherboard. Works just as good as expected. Saw some reviews saying it was a thin runny paste. The paste I got was thick and easy to use. Not sure if each batch is different or if they made a change, but defiantly thicker than what some reviews said.

Replaced all in one cooler after pump died and got this to replace stock paste on new cooler. Works temps are lower.

Umm - this is thermal compound. Works as intended!

I don't think anyone is buying this for its actual performance. For example, I purchased this as a stop gap in a pinch until I was able to get better thermal compound. It works well enough. If you're not overclocking a system or have good airflow management in your PC case, this stuff will get you through while you wait for something better to come in the mail (Best Buy doesn't seem to stock anything but the Insignia stuff in stores here).

For the price, this thermal paste seems to be really good. If you are just changing out old thermal paste on non-overclocked processors, I would recommend this. However, if you are looking to overclock and/or use on a GPU, then look for something a bit higher quality that is not electrically conductive.

Bought it originally to assist in replacing my friends cpu (non gamer just work stuff) and it worked well so I decided to try it on my personal computer. normally my cpu temps sit around 50-60 degrees Celsius playing World of Warcraft (I tried reapplying twice) it went as high as 80 which isn't bad but not ideal for a gamer I would recommend Arctic Silver

It would be nice it there were a smaller tube for one time uses for say $3 or as every retailer likes to do $2.99. The gimmick wore off in the 50's for the shoppers. $8 (or $7.99 as stated above) for something I will only use once with the rest going to waste.

This does exactly what it's supposed to do. use it to save a couple bucks.

I used this product to replace the thermal paste on a used graphics card i purchased. on idle it stays 30-37c underload max it stays at is 67-69c I also used this to install my evo 212 into my non-overclocked cpu. idle is 27c underload it doesn't pass 50-55c

One of the better compounds, e-z application and seems to transfer the heat very well

Applied nicely to the cpu. Keeps it nice and cool. Kinda hard to clean off.
