Do its job transferring heat to heatsink. I kind of bought this one because I was on a rush this is the only one available. A little too thick in my opinion but works ok. I would still recommend it for the price.

I bought this Thermal Compound to use on a new upgrade CPU on my system. It works fine but its a little more watery than name brands. Compared to other brands I have used in the past, Best Buy brand is decent and a little cheaper.

This thermalpaste was the only option that my local BBY had in stock. All I needed it for was a re-paste on my FreeNAS Server and it worked just fine for that, temps are just fine for how much of a bargain this was. It has held up fine over the past 5 months.

Yes, I DID use this for a computer, just one in my truck that I was replacing. It seems to be doing a bang-up job so far and was cheaper than an 'official' tube of automotive thermal paste.

I was replacing the CPU cooler in my PC and needed some thermal compound but didn't want to wait for it to ship from another retailer, so I got this from Best Buy nice and cheap.

My computer had gathered so much dust on the CPU heatsink that jhad to remove the heatsink from the CPU. This compound was easy to aplly and now my computer is up and running.

My laptop (5 years old) would over heat when playing a video or while on zoom. Applied the paste and now im running in upper 20s idle and mid 60s playing games

This helped when I had to work on a laptop that was overheating. Cleaned old thermal compound off and added this thermal compound and the temps stayed down.

I was replacing the CPU in my desktop PC and my old thermal compound was empty. I was surprised Best Buy carried this item and it has been two weeks now and everything is working fine.

The CPU hasn’t overheated, so I can only assume the thermal paste is working as it should. I assume I’ll update my review if it doesn’t stand up to the test of time.

Used this to reapply to a cpu and gpu on aN Alienware laptop I revived. Worked great and no more themal shutdowns during extensive testing procedures.

My 2 year old laptop has started getting super hot when heavy gaming which in turn slows my PC down and is uncomfortable for my hands. After re applying the thermal paste the thermals decreased and overall I have a better experience gaming.

It's thermal paste, the only way it could go wrong if it didn't cool your cpu. My wallet and CPU are happy

Used this on my ps4 after it overheated and turned off on its own. Ps4 works now but fan can still get loud. Might be due to another problem though.

I did not know if it would give the expected performance but at the end of the tests it fulfilled and my CPU remains within normal temperature parameters, if it worked well for me.

I was rebuilding my HP i7 laptop because it was overheating. This stuff worked like a charm. Good buy!

This is obviously just a thermal compound for CPU onto motherboard, but there are some that are more expensive and harder to apply. This one is perfect.

I have already used this compound on a guitar amp repair and a laptop repair too! A little bit of this goes a long way in protection! A great deal for the money!

The CPU fan was always running at high speed trying to keep the CPU from overheating but after applying this thermal compound, the fan speed went back down to normal. :-)
