This purifier is quieter than I had anticipated and I noticed a difference in the 12 x 16 room within a day of running it. Its a good size to have in a living room as it is not very intrusive. I've had great luck with insignia products.

This product was a lifesaver with my allergies. We actually only have to use it at night while we are sleeping. Within the first day of use we noticed we were not miserable the next morning with a stuffy nose or dry scratchy throat. We will definitely be purchasing a second one for our downstairs living area that will help with our families allergies all year round. Highly recommend. Even on the highest setting it is not loud at all.

Bought this for my bathroom. Far exceeded my expectations! Put the device on high and within 10 minutes my bathroom was free of odor! I opened the bathroom door and set the purifier outside the bathroom with all of the interior doors of my apartment opened. Within 3 hours, I noticed a definite difference in overall air quality between the previous hours. Wow! :0 In conclusion, worth every penny. Will be ordering 2 more for my apartment. :)

I bought this for my mom because she had been having trouble sleeping, This purifier is much quieter than I thought it would be and easily purifies the air of her very large bedroom. Its beyond simple to set up, and like all insignia products it has a 1 year warranty that can be redeemed within best buy stores which is always nice

Got this for my husband to see if it helped with his sinus issues at night. We believe it has helped, but there's probably more going on that the air purifier can't fix. I don't have any other experience with an air purifier to see how this stacks up though. It is quiet on the first 2 settings and even on the highest setting the sound isn't bothersome. Easy to use. Just one small light on top. I'm still testing it to see how well it can eliminate cooking odors. It did a pretty good job toning down the smell from the deep frier, but I didn't want to steal it from his room for too long. Thinking of buying a second.

We have a guest room only used occasionally. Bought this purifier when we expected guests with some allergies to cat dander and plants, and turned it on for a day before they arrived. Noticeably cleaner, fresher smell in the room, and no allergy problems by guests. Well worth the reasonable price!

Bought this for my daughter and she has been using it daily in her dorm room. Her room was musty & stale when we moved her stuffs in and now, she is one happy kid! Being the OCD that she is, if this purifier can keep her happy, you know it's definitely working! And for the price, truly BEST BUY!

I purchased this for my daughter who has asthma and she absolutely loves it. When she came home from college her asthma was apparent and found great relief is using this air purifier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who may have difficulties when the pollen kicks in.

Bought this to help with my seasonal allergies, both pollen and the uptick in pet dander thanks to shedding season. Since getting it I've noticed that I'm not waking up with a stuffed up nose or sore throat anymore. The highest fan setting is pretty loud, I've generally been keeping it at 1 or 2, which seems to work just fine. Having it on 2 has also helped keep my room cooler on hot days. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased three of these units a couple month ago and my experience has been a bit of a roller coaster. First, these are fantastic purifiers for the price. I noticed an immediate difference in the air quality of my home, especially with a purifier in each room. Whether it works or not has never been the issue for me. My issue is that the filters have a two month life-span and once your filter is bad there is no replacement. Filters are not available online, and according to the webpage, not available in any stores within 250 miles of me. So while $150 was a great price for 3 air purifiers, $150 is NOT a good price for one-time use purifiers. I would not recommend you purchase this product until there is a reliable and consistant supply of replacement filters. You'd be better off spending a little more on a different brand in the long run.

I use this unit in my office and love it. Quiet and small, does the trick. I ordered extra filters to store in my desk for when it automatically alerts me to change them. Would definitely recommend!

I got this to ionize the air in a smaller room. It was good enough that I got a second one for another room. It doesn't have the same level of effect after about a month, but that's to be expected. It stays in the on position, which for me is great because I put it on a smart outlet to manage it on a schedule.

This product is amazing.It's so quiet and efficient. It really clears the air of any odors. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great price point.

Use air purifier in bedroom with great results. I use it on medium and it's pretty quiet. And it has definitely helped with my allergies. Also just rinsed out charcoal filter for continued use without needing to purchase new one. (Don't know how long I'll get away with that though.)

This is a great product for a low price. I’ve noticed the room I use this in has cleared up tremendously.

Does clean air and reduced tobbaco odors. It is quite and good size for the room

does exactly what you want, cleans up the air.. not too noisy either.

Works very well, only issue is they stopped selling the filters for it.
