Dangerous, Faulty, Wrecks Devices - Run!

Contacted product support and they submitted a warranty claim and stated I would hear back in 3 business days. 8 business days later I got an email accusing me of lying and stating that connected products aren’t covered. Also didn’t even offer to replace the faulty one. Bad customer service, bad product, run for the hills. There are better options.

I’m scared to make it longer. I used the converter in the country that has 220 volts. It’s not safe if it’s heating up when charging my iPhone n iPad.
