Prefer to shop at our local brick and mortar stores where employees provide great service and hope this means that management treats them well.

We did have some trouble keeping the converter in the outlet in South America as it was heavy enough to fall out of the outlet. Otherwise worked well.

A Bit Heavy, but Effective

This version is fairly compact, and the rectangular shape makes it easy to tuck into a small space. We were able to select the two adapter plugs that we would need for our trip, and leave the rest behind. It did add a bit of weight to our bag, but that's true of all converters. We'd recommend it.

Although the item is a little heavy, if you are worried about luggage weight and measure every pound, but it is needed as it regulates voltage too to protect the plugged item. The USB ports are also a plus and convenience. The carry bag keeps everything together neatly. It was a good purchase, good price and worked as intended!
