The one adapter you need for any country. The only thing that would make this item better is a USB port or two.

Integrated universal multiple tip adapter design is a great idea. I used to carry several small adapter tips that are easily lost thus often not available when I need them.

for people traveling outside of USA, do need to check this out. There was a superior version of this, and a bit pricey, but i think this was the better one, at least for my needs.

This product is great if you travel to multiple countries! It has all of the converters in one piece, so you don't have to worry about losing a smaller piece or forgetting to bring the right one for the right country. It is a little big, but overall it is convenient and worth the purchase.
